I am not an orange girl, but I can really appreciate how beautifully these rooms are done. I know orange and blue are perfect compliments to eachother. These rooms do make me feel like Spring is upon us. Yeah!!!! Kathysue
I've been mad for orange of late, and as Alaina wrote, can't wait for summer. Orange was a HUGE factor in a project recently, and the cute Isaac Mizrahi image made me smile. Enjoyed your post a lot, after yesterday's snow we all need a bit of warming up.
This is my favorite color palette this year. I'm recovering slipper chairs in teal velveteen with orange print pillows from Thomas Paul. I love orange to live with and to wear. Thanks for showcasing such beautiful images of this great colorway.
Hello Beautiful! I miss all your inspiration! Everything is gorgeous as usual!
(computer problems, drama, life = behind in blogland.) also, I have NOT removed myslef from anyones blogs(following) but find I am not following many? :( someone is not nice :(
Love the orange! My old kitchen the walls were painted pumpkin and I loved it. Really like the turquoise with the orange. Turquoise is my favourite stone. Always a pleasure to visit your blog. Pamela
Well can I say "Go GATORS"???? orange and blue for you folks who do not live in Florida...LOL. Great post and stunning photos. However, the last photo from southern living appears to have the pendants not equally spaced on the window space and this is BUGGING Me. What??? Is it ME?? Are their drugs for what ails me???
I have always loved this color combination - so thanks very much for the contribution! Perhaps this combo started for me back in high school - they were my school's colors - so the love of this duo quietly lived in my brain for quite some time. You can use orange as a quick burst of color in a mainly blue room - or us them in equal doses when you want each color to be even more intense!
Thanks again for the great post! Now you have me thinking of doing my own orange and blue post on my blog!
LOVE all these images! Can't wait for summer.
