Happy Thanksgiving !

 This weekend is the Canadian Thanksgiving, and the party is in our home!  I am excited to be entertaining everyone, but I am at the point in the preparation process where I say, "What was I thinking/?"  Well I am thinking that despite the hard work, it is going t be a pleasure to have everyone together for a wonderful warm, and delicious meal.  I love to cook and I especially love a home full of guests. On the Menu, Pasta (of course) Turkey, stuffing, potatoes, grilled veggies.mixed greens,  pumpkin pie, apple pie and limoncello Tiramisu ( my mom is making that one).  I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend.  And for those of you North of the 49th parallel, Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
