This is one chair I will never tire of seeing. Classic or Modern, it's the one piece that adds distinction and style. In natural fabrics, bright colours, cane back, or lacquered, it can be injected into any setting and instantly add character. I would love to add these to my current dining table, especially in a natural wood finish with a little extra detail. Do you have a favorite?

Me neither!! A classic..it is currently my desk chair and I love it and have no intention of replacing it...such a pretty timeless classic.
ReplyDeleteAm clinging to the dream of finding a lovely vintage one of these + reupholstering it in a more modern, fun fabric - LOVE India Hicks' home with the graphic brown and white Hicks fabric or the Novogratz shiny navy vinyl - for a bit of an unexpected twist on a classic :)

ReplyDeleteI love these chairs as well and really like it when i see them with the back upholstered in another fabric. I must find myself some and rework them. Good call, they are always a classic.
ReplyDeleteI have two similr chairs I keep in the living room. They are great because I can pull them up to the dining table when we have extra guests.
